Spicy Meatball Ramen

Spicy Meatball Ramen

We were craving some ramen, and pretty much had everything in our pantry.  We used @dellahfoods mamawu teriyaki sauce. This stuff is bomb! Have you heard of it? Kinda has a spicy kick to it, but in a good way!

To Make-

We used 1 package of ground beef (about a pound)

1tsp garlic powder

1tsp onion powder

2tsp garlic crushed

1 tsp salt

1tsp pepper

2 packages of ramen ( noodles only)

1 cup mama wu teriyaki sauce

2 tbsp Sriracha sauce

1tsp sesame oil

1tsp fish sauce

1 small onion diced

1 cup frozen green beans ( you can substitute for your favorite veggie here)

4 eggs

In a large pot boil water, then add ramen. About 4 cups of water.

When the noodles are almost done cooking ( about 6 mins left)

Add the 4 whole eggs to the boiling water (with the ramen still cooking). Cook for 6-8 mins.

Drain the noodles, except keep 1 cup of the starchy water in the bowl with the noodles.

In a  large bowl combine ground beef with seasoning + crushed garlic. Separate into meatballs. I estimated an 1in to 1 1/12in size meatballs.

Heat the same large pot to medium high heat. Add cooking spray evenly to the bottom of the pan. Add meatballs, brown each side. Add onion, and green beans. Once the onions are translucent ( about 5-8mins). Turn heat down to low then add teriyaki sauce, Sriracha sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil. Next add the noodles with the starchy water. Stir until well combine.

Peel the shell of the eggs, then top each bowl with the sliced egg.
