Cheese Soup


One Pot Italian Sausage Potato Soup

One Pot Italian Sausage Potato Soup.

Loaded with protein and veggies, while still having minimal ingredients!

To Make-

1 Onion chopped

1 Carrot chopped

2 Large Golden Potatoes chopped

3 Chicken Breast chopped

2 Italian Chicken Sausage

5 Slices Turkey Bacon

1 14oz Can Chicken Broth

2 Cups Milk (any % works)

2 Cups Fresh Spinach

1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley

3 Cloves of Garlic

1 Tbsp Salt

1 Tsp Pepper

1 Tsp Paprika

1 Tsp Onion Powder

1 Tsp Oregano

1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Spray a large pot with non stick spray. Heat to medium high heat.

Add onion and carrot, cook for 6-8  minutes or until translucent. Add the chicken, sausage, and bacon. Let the meats cook for 10 -12 minutes. Add broth, milk, spinach, parsley, garlic, and seasonings. Reduce heat to low, let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes.

A hearty, delicious, and simple dinner.

Also leftovers are bomb because as everything sits in the fridge, flavors marinate and become even better!
