Friday Eve Favorites

Wow time is flying. This week has gone by so fast, I can’t believe its Thursday already.

Hope you are having a good week so far.

Remember a few weeks ago, I talked about some fun fall ideas to get into the spooky season? Well this weekend, we are suppose to go to Lagoon (amusement park here in UT) for Frightmares. I’m so excited. I also found this article about spooky books to get into the spooky season, and now I need to buy these even though I haven’t finished the first one I bought. Linking it, because all these look like amazing thrillers.

Speaking of spooky season, (yeah I’m still all about it at the moment). Look how cute these nails are. Now I want my nails done.

Guys! I’m on the hunt for some cute cowgirl boots. I have my eye on these cute Free People ones, also the same boot but these are woven texture. I also just found these ones, but dang they are expensive. Do you know/have a cute brand you recommend? I’d love to hear your recommendations.

I need all of these sweaters, and the prices are goooood since they are from H&M.

I’m thinking about starting weekly meal plans with healthy quick dinners. It would also include a grocery list for the week to make it easier to know what to buy. What do you think? Would this help you?

Also, I want to hear from you… who orders their groceries online vs going inside and shopping? I have LOVED Krogers online grocery system they have. Its so easy and convenient. I also love that it saves all of your purchases so you can go through your last order and easily add to cart for the essentials in case you forget easily like I do.  This is genius especially if you have kids. Another thing I love about ordering the groceries online, its so much easier to stick to the budget. If you go over, you just delete a few things and readjust. So much better then asking to remove a few items :), which is so embarrassing that I just end up going over budget and deal with the consequences later.

Supporting small businesses, my FAVORITE cupcake shop in UT is Cravings Alisha’s Cupcakes. If you’re local, you HAVE to go in October. She has the best flavors right now. The pumpkin nutella, and the caramel popcorn are to die for! Her frosting is one of kind, and the cupcakes are so gigantic and extra. They have a caramel apple one that literally looks like a caramel apple (I don’t like fruit in baked goods, especially apples) but the flavor is bomb. She also makes everything hand made,  like the caramel, toffee, whipped cream, raspberry compote. and so much more. You have to go!

I was thinking about what to write about for this weeks Friday Favorites, and thought I’m not sure what to write about… hahaha apparently I have a lot to say and it’s kinda all over the place but these are so much fun to write and talk with you. I hope you enjoyed it, and if you have any questions let me know.

So last week I shared a couple books that we bought for the spooky season, and we have read enough where we’re starting to see the story play out. The Apples Never Fall thriller is SO good. I love a
