Crockpot Chicken

This recipe is a basic creamy salsa chicken. We are going to make 5 simple and delicious dinners this week using this crockpot chicken.

This week I went with a salsa theme, so these are the meals I will be making with it-

1.Sante Fe Chicken Salad

2. Chicken Fajitas

3. Chicken Chorizo Taquitos

4 . Mexican Chicken Pasta

5. Good Ol’ Quesidillas

For the crockpot chicken all you need is—

1 jar salsa — I used 15.5oz jar but use whatever you got

1 4oz can diced green chilis

1 cup milk

12-15 chicken breast –

fat trimmed

1 can diced pineapple with the juice

2 tbsp WORCESTERSHIRE saice

4-5 cloves of garlic

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp adobo seasoning

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp garlic powder

Optional— 1 pkg dry ranch seasoning

Throw it all in the crockpot, give it a stir, then cook for 6-8 hours!
