You only need 4 ingredients for the coconut whipped cream, and you will need to refrigerate the coconut cream for at least 2 hours for the best results.

Ingredients to make Coconut Whipped Cream:
1 14oz can coconut cream
1/4 cup stevia or splenda
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp coconut extract
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries – sliced
How to Make Coconut Whipped Cream:
In a stand mixer, add the coconut cream, stevia, powdered sugar, and coconut extract. Whip on medium high speed for 7-8 minutes. When you turn the mixer off/ lift the top of the mixer, the cream should form stiff peaks. If it does, whip for another 1-2 minutes. Add a scoop of berries and a scoop of coconut cream to a bowl and enjoy!
