Alright this is for all the lazy cooks in the back, the ones that are struggling to find the motivation to make dinner and its currently 4:59pm and the kids are telling you how hungry they are… and you are just dragging. I GOTCHU- Beholdthe easiest dinner ever!
2lbs of chicken
1 cup frozen spinach
1 14.5 oz of crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp crushed garlic
4oz 1/3 fat cream cheese
Sat and pepper
Heat skillet on medium high heat, and add the butter.
Once the butter is melted, cook the chicken until mostly cooked. then add remaining ingredients and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
That’s it, seriously so good! So EASY! Enjoy with some rice, pita bread, or some tortilla chips!
