6-8 diced chicken breast fat trimmed
1tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
2 cups fresh spinach
1 jar diced artichokes
4 oz cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheese
In a skillet brown the diced chicken. Add garlic and seasonings, then add cream cheese. Once the cream cheese is melted and the spinach. When the spinach is wilted add artichokes then mix so everything is combined. Add shredded cheese on top. Transfer skillet to the oven on broil for 3-5 mins.
Serve with crispy bread, rice, pita chips or tortilla chips!
