Chicken Spinach Artichoke Skillet

What is special about this lightened up Chicken Spinach Artichoke skillet? Its easy, simple, and FREAKING DELICIOUS!

This recipe calls for minimum ingredients! Also if you have fresh spinach that needs to be used up, this is for you!

To Make-
6-8  diced chicken breast fat trimmed
2tbsp garlic
1tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp salt
2 cups fresh spinach
1 jar diced  artichokes
4 oz cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheese

In a skillet brown the diced chicken. Add garlic and seasonings,  then add cream cheese. Once the cream cheese is melted and the spinach. When the spinach is wilted add artichokes then  mix so everything is combined. Add shredded cheese on top. Transfer skillet to the oven on broil for 3-5 mins.
Serve with crispy bread, rice, pita chips or tortilla chips!
This recipe is a favorite because its delicious, simple, and a great way to get that protein in!
