Chicken Bacon Ranch

One Pan Chicken Bacon Ranch

Simple, Easy, and Delicious. 

To Make-

5 slices of @jennieo turkey bacon

1 1/2 lbs of chicken sliced vertically for thinner slices

1/2 cup of milk

8oz of 1/3 less fat cream cheese

2 tbsp ranch dry seasoning

3 tbsp light butter

1/2 tsp Salt 

1/2 tsp Pepper

1/2 tsp Onion powder

2 cloves of garlic minced 

Heat a large greased skillet to medium high heat. Cook the bacon on each side for about 5-7 minutes, once cooked remove from pan. Spray pan (with the leftovers from the bacon still inside the pan) with more cooking spray. Add chicken to the pan. Cook 8-10 minutes each side. Turn the heat to simmer then add milk, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and butter. Stirring to help the cream cheese melt. Cook for 8 minutes, the add minced garlic. Cook for addition 2-5 minutes. Top with chopped bacon.
