So I heard the Super Bowl is almost here… and freaking Tom Brady is playing again. Dude, how can we even be mad? That dude is invincible. To be honest I'm only here for the food! ;) I have the perfect game day snack that is quick, easy, and oh so good! Its also high in protein, pair it with whatever sides you want. I did celery, carrots, soft pitas, and hint of lime chips. Stacey’s Pita chips would also be delicious! You can do healthy sides or go more indulgent. Either way, it’s going to be a hit!
Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe: 1lb shredded chicken — crockpot or rotisserie 1/2 cup buffalo sauce 1/3 cup fage yogurt 8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese – room temperature or softened in the microwave for 30 seconds 2 tbsp ranch dry seasoning 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp garlic powder 2 cups low fat shredded Mexican cheese How to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl combine the chicken, buffalo sauce, yogurt, cream cheese, and seasonings. Add to a greased 9×9 pan, then top with shredded cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cook for 5 minutes.
