Behold the zucchini bread Wow! I didn’t know this one was going to be such a challenge! I made so many loaves of zucchini bread last week, that i was eating it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The consistency was perfect, but the top kept sinking. I almost gave up, gosh so frustrating! Anyways I hope you all try this one!
Ingredients to Make Zucchini Bread: 1 cup shredded zucchini 1/4 cup oil – any oil will do 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1tsp almond extract or vanilla 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt Dash of cinnamon and nutmeg 1 1/2 cups of flour Chocolate chips if you desire How to Make Zucchini Bread: Preheat oven to 350 degree. In a stand mixer or large bowl add all wet ingredients (including the zucchini). Mix until combined. Add dry ingredients until combined. Grease the sides/corners of a 9×5 bread pan. Add dough to the pan. Cook for 40-47 minutes. Mine cooked for 43 minutes. The thing is you dont want to keep poking the bread, so i would check on it at 40 minutes and go from there.
