ScotcheBOOS

These ScotcheBOOS are seriously delicious! No corn syrup, and the easiest recipe with plenty of chocolate (like it should be).

Ingredients to Make ScotcheBOOS" 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup honey 3/4 cup peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla 4 cups rice krispies 11oz milk chocolate chips 11oz butterscotch chips 2 tbsp coconut oil 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional) How to Make ScotcheBOOS: Heat a large pot on low heat. Add brown sugar, honey, peanut butter, and vanilla. Once combine/ sugar has melted add rice krispies. Stir until combined. Press evenly to a 9×13 pan. In a medium bowl add chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave for 30 second increments until melted. Pour chocolate mixture on top of rice krispies. Spread across the top gently until evenly distributed. Refrigerator for 30 minutes. In a small bowl add chocolate chips. Microwave until melted about 40-60 seconds. Add to the corner of a plastic baggie. Cut the corner. Squeeze into little ghost.
