Serves 4

THE RECIPE

Soy Sauce Turkey Tenderloin

Spray the crockpot with cooking spray 3 carrots chopped 1/2 onion chopped 1.5 lbs turkey tenderloin 2/3 cups broth (any works) 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp adobo seasoning 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tbsp ginger paste 3 cloves of garlic chopped Serve with sweet potatoes, ramen, or rice. Cook on high for 5-6 hours. If you want to enjoy with sweet potatoes, add 1 for each person into the crockpot and let it cook with the turkey tenderloin. If you want to enjoy with ramen, once the turkey tenderloin has cooked, add 2 packets of ramen (I used "Organic Ramen Noodles") to the crockpot with 1/2 cup of water. Make sure the ramen is covered with liquid. Cover with the lid, and let it cook for 10 minutes. If you want to enjoy with rice, cook the rice in a separate pan. Heat the pan to a medium high setting, add 3-4 tbsp of olive oil with 3 garlic cloves crushed and 1/2 tsp of salt. Stir, watch closely. Once you smell the garlic cooking, add 1/2 cup of dry jasmine rice. Add enough liquid to cover the rice completely (about 1 cup). Cook until the water is absorbed, then repeat this by add enough water to cover the rice again. Let it cook until absorbed, then cover with lid for 2-10 minutes.
