Crockpot Moroccan Chicken
3 chicken breast (fat trimmed) Juice of 1 lemon 3 garlic cloves crushed 2 tbsp ginger paste 1/3 cup white wine 1/3 cup broth 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp tumeric 1/4 tsp cumin 1/4 black pepper 1/4 tsp smoked paprika Grease the crockpot with cooking spray. Add al the ingredients into the crockpot, stir to combine. Cook on high for 4 1/2 hours, then take two forks to shred the chicken. Enjoy with couscous, quinoa, or rice.
