BBQ Steak Sliders
1/2 red onion 3 garlic cloves 2 lbs top sirloin 1/2 cup sugar free barbeque sauce 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/4 tsp black pepper pinch cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 4-6 Hamburger buns 1 cup low fat shredded cheese Cover & cook for 6 hours. Once cooked, add 1/2 cup to each hamburger bun. Top with cheese & enjoy.
Pro Tip:
You could also add pickles, avocado, and laughing cow cheese wedges.
