Oatmeal & Chia Seed Pancakes

A breakfast that will make those weekend mornings special, and also make you feel good. Made with simple & nutritious ingredients.

Oatmeal & Chia Seed Pancakes

Ingredients to Make Oatmeal Chia Seed Pancakes 1 cup oats 3 tsp chia seeds 1/2 cup milk 2 bananas 2 eggs 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla BIG dash of cinnamon 1/4tsp salt Blend everything in a blender until smooth. Heat a skillet to a medium heat, spray with cooking spray. Add 1/4 cup of the batter to the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. You will know when to flip when the pancakes gets fluffy. The skillet shouldn't be to hot-- it will cook the outside of the pancake and the inside will still be runny.
