Air Fryer Turkey Meatballs
1 lb 93% ground turkey 1 lb 99% ground turkey 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated 1 egg 2 celery sticks diced 3 basil leaves chopped 3 cloves of garlic crushed 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp smoked paprika pinch cayenne pepper Start by chopping the celery, basil, and garlic. In a large bowl, add all the chopped ingredients, turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, and seasonings. Mix well with your hands to ensure the 93% and the 99% ground turkey are mixed evenly. Form into balls, will make about 20-24 meatballs. *You could also add celery, basil, and garlic to a food processor, pulse for a few seconds so the celery is finely chopped. Then add remaining ingredients pulse a few more times so it combines everything for you. Place one by one in the air fryer. Cook at 400 degrees for 6 minutes. Flip and cook for another 7 minutes. Enjoy with pasta, mashed potatoes, salad or hoagie.
