Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets
2 Ziplock Bags 3-4 Chicken Breasts (cut into bite size pieces, make sure the pieces are even) 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder pinch of cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp smoked paprika 1/4 tsp cajun seasoning 1 egg 1 cup flour 1/3 cup sugar free bbq sauce In one ziplock bag, add the chicken, seasonings, and egg. Seal the top of the bag, then shake to coat the chicken evenly. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes, but you could prepare this ahead of time. In the second ziplock bag, add 1 cup of flour. Transfer the chicken from the first ziplock to the second ziplock using tongs. Seal the bag, then shake to coat the chicken in the flour. With the tongs, add the chicken to the air fryer. cook at 370 degrees for 6 minutes. Flip then cook for another 6 minutes. Add 1/3 cup of the bbq sauce little by little to the top of the chicken (while in the air fryer). Toss/stir to coat the chicken in the bbq sauce. If you like it really saucey, add 2-4 tbsp more. Cook for 1 more minute in the air fryer at 370 degrees. Enjoy!
