4 Ingredient Healthy Pizza Crust
This is one of my family’s most loved recipe! We have pizza night at least once a week. Its quick, convenient, and everyone always loves it! This pizza is a little different, but is a great healthy alternative to regular pizza crust. It only requires 4 ingredients (if you include salt). This recipe doesn’t require yeast so it is also very quick as you do not need to wait for the dough to rise. Anyways, I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do!
4 Ingredient Healthy Pizza Crust
Ingredients to Make Healthy 4 Ingredient Pizza: 220 grams Fage greek yogurt 5 ounces all purpose flour 2 tbsp baking powder 1tsp salt How to Make Healthy 4 Ingredient Pizza: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix everything up in a large mixing bowl until it forms a ball. I like to start out using a fork to mix it, then once the flour and yogurt start to combine then use my hands to form a ball. Bake on a greased cookie sheet or a silpat before adding toppings for 11 minutes. Once the dough partially cooked, add desired toppings then bake for another 11 minutes.
